The Miami Outboard Club’s Annual Pig Roast is a fun-filled tradition that brings members, family, and friends together for delicious food, live music, and good company by the water.

 

Members showcase their creativity and cooking skills, preparing their pigs in a variety of styles—from the traditional caja china to spit-roasting and other roasting methods—each with its own seasonings, techniques, and personal touch.

 

The friendly competition adds excitement as everyone enjoys flavorful lechón, moros, yuca, and more. It’s a wonderful opportunity to share laughs, celebrate our members’ talents, and make lasting memories with the MOC community.
